This cozy studio is fitted for two using some tiny-house principles. It’s located in a typical Belgian coast complex right at the beach. It had a full modern, “scandinavian” refurbishment.The studio contains a fully equipped kitchen including a cooker with two hubs, a hood, a microwave/oven, a fridge with freezer unit, a dishwasher and a sink. Extra appliances include a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso machine. Basic utensils as well as some condiments are provided.
Free wifi is provided as well as a Marshall speaker and a smart TV.
The table also doubles-down as a desk, with the TV functioning as a second screen when needed.
The bathroom is fitted out with a shower, a hanging toilet and a sink. Towels and bathroom basics are supplied.
A folding wall bed (or Murphy bed) was created by Atelier XS with room for a double bed. The fixed bench can form a comfortable seating area for reading or dinner (if you add the extra pillows on top) with extra storage underneath. Although the studio is mainly fitted for 2, it can host 4-6 occasionally for dinner by using the fixed bench, the moveable table and some stools in a smart way.
We collected a bunch of interior items to give the place that little extra, like the mirror and chair from Objekt Unters Tagen (OUT), a couple of framed vintage posters from Luc Peire and fresh designs from the local artisan Villa Von Trap.
